Caulfield R3<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n There are a handful of strong chances in this race but the one I have on top is Royal Performance. He won well here a couple of weeks ago and I think the step up to the mile will really suit him.<\/p>\n It\u2019s his home track and the Maher\/Eustace team are on a bit of a roll at the moment, so I think Royal Performance is the best of them.<\/p>\n Lloyd Kennewell\u2019s Mahis Angel should\u2019ve won last start at Moonee Valley but layed it towards the end and that cost him the 0.1 length margin. He is wearing a lugging bit to help prevent laying in, but he could still do it and it could cost him another race if it hasn\u2019t been sorted.<\/p>\n Tip: Royal Performance $4.40\/$1.75<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Caulfield R4<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n I tipped Savvy Belle here a couple of weeks ago and she ran well but just ran out of steam over the last furlong. She will strip fitter for this, and I dare say she didn\u2019t handle the rock-hard track last start either.<\/p>\n There is no rain forecast this week so the Caulfield track should get a decent water and be a nice Good 4 come race four.<\/p>\n She is better over the mile and is up to this grade with a good rider on board so I think she could be in the money.<\/p>\n Tip: Savvy Belle $5.50\/$2.15<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
