Manchester United vs Wolverhampton – Sunday, September 23, 12am

After a sluggish start to the season, United have won two on the bounce and look set to continue their recent run of form with a home tie against Wolverhampton this weekend.

Away wins at Burnley and a previously-undefeated Watford have put United back within six points of the leaders, although at this stage of the season that already might be too much.

They sit just one position and one point above Wolves, who took a point off City on the third weekend, before consecutive 1-0 victories over West Ham and Burnley.

During their last season in the Premier League, United put nine past Wolverhampton over their two matches, although this time around they should certainly pose more of a threat to the Red Devils.

That being said, expect United to continue their winning streak this weekend.

Tip: Manchester United -1.0 $2.60

Brighton vs Tottenham – Sunday, September 23, 2.30am

Since the Spurs put United to the sword at Old Trafford, Tottenham have lost their past three matches (all 2-1, incidentally).

Premier League losses to Watford and Liverpool were followed up by a collapse at the San Siro, where the Spurs led 1-0 before two late goals to Inter Milan saw them leave Matchday 1 of the Champions League group stage without any points.

Brighton defeated Manchester United in their second fixture and pushed Liverpool all the way the following week, before back-to-back 2-2 draws against Fulham and Southampton.

This contest is more about Tottenham’s ability to bounce back from some lacklustre performances, with their efforts at Wembley against Liverpool a poor showing.

Without Dele Alli the Spurs looked a shadow of themselves, constantly turning the ball over in the middle of the park and affording Liverpool a lot of opportunities. It’s a wonder the Reds only scored twice.

Despite playing a mid-table side, a deflating loss to Milan and a trip back from Italy might keep the Spurs from grabbing all three points at the Amex Stadium.

Tip: Draw $3.75

Arsenal vs Everton – Monday, September 24, 1am

Arsenal have an important fixture on their hands to close out the weekend of football, hosting Everton in the only match on Monday morning.

The Gunners began the season with two straight losses, but with wins against West Ham, Cardiff and Newcastle, Unai Emery has seemed to turned their early form around.

The Toffees however post a little bit more of a threat, especially with the return of Richarlison, who scored three goals in his opening two matches before receiving a red card in their 2-2 draw with Bournemouth.

The Brazilian will be out to repay his teammates for missing the past three matches, although Arsenal should just be too good at home.
